Who we are
This website is operated by ISI-CNV — Institut Supérieur International de Communication Non-Verbale / Université Européenne LLP (OC348224). Contact: nice@neurolinguistic.com.
What we collect
When you register to download a document we collect: your email address, your name if you choose to provide it, the document requested, your language preference, your IP address, browser user agent and referring page, and the date of registration. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google; we do not receive or store your password.
Why we collect it
To give you access to the download area, to keep a record of consent as required by law, and — only if you ticked the consent box — to send you occasional updates about our publications and trainings. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the newsletter, and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the library for the access log.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or after 36 months of complete inactivity, whichever comes first.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider (HostGator) and our internal analytics infrastructure on Google Cloud, acting as data processors. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time, and object to its processing. Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link. To exercise any right write to nice@neurolinguistic.com; we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Cookies
We set one technical cookie (dn_access, 180 days) to remember that you have registered, so that you are not asked again at every download. No advertising cookies are used.
